Abstract
 

The relationship between language and mind has been attracting more and more attention from experts and scholars. In this paper, non-human primates, normal children and special groups are the object of discussion. There is a deep analysis about the relationship between linguistic ability and psychological phenomena from the perspective of comparison and development of studies in this field. It is found that a certain linguistic competence may be a prerequisite for the passing of the psycho-theoretical test, but the two have different developmental laws and show complicated coexistence.
