Abstract

In order to comply with China's "One Belt and One Road" construction strategy, this paper analyzes the relationship between the national economy and electricity demand through the characteristics and laws of changes in the base-station electricity elasticity coefficient between the Philippines and Indonesia. The analysis results provide a strong basis for investment in all countries.
